Black Buzz says the Obama foreign policy in the far east has driven China and the Russian Federation closer together and the military build-up in the future by China and Russia will have a great regional impact as to how Japan and South Korea proceed to keep pace with their long time foes.
India has already tested successfully a long range ballistic missile that could reach Shanghai and they do have the capability of arming their long range missiles with nuclear war heads.
Indeed India is a big time military player and they are not afraid of China.
