Thanks To The Sixties We Have A New Climate Of Race Relations In The Country.

Black mayors in our largest cities,Corporate executives. On the other hand,we have Depression levels of unemployment,the collapse of the public school system,and the epidemic of hard drugs. Everything appears to have changed ,yet nothing has changed. Black people are still at the bottom.

Lerone Bennett,Jr.,.....1992

Blogger Black Buzz says if anything the above mentioned problems by Mr. Bennett have gotten worst in all aspects of Black life in 2009. Our schools are more reminiscent of the Third World,and our teenagers or unwed mothers are having babies at an astronomical rate, Drugs are still very pervasive in any Black community from coast to coast and shining sea, 70% of our Fourth Graders can't pass basic reading and comprehension tests; our cancer rates are twice a high as whites who are similarly situated,and the list goes on and on;

And President Obama thinks like most Democrats that they can take our votes for granted and ignore us, now that election is over..But before you know it 2012 will be here.. and guess what" Mr. President you may be the first one-term African American President ".
