Winning championships is an important factor in this.

RayP you agree with my choice of Bird and Mike. Oscar Big O was the only player in N.B.A.history to average a triple double for two whole seasons. Oscar was a scorer and shooter and an excellent passer. Magic always hada good supporting cast in L.A. Oscar only had Jerry Lucas in Cincy, and he went on the Bucks and won with Kareem. Wilt has two rings, but for the last years of his career he did nothing but pass to West and Baylor.. All Wilts stats are better than Kareem except for scoring and winning titles. Kareem was a better shooter and foul shooter than Wilt. Dr. J scored a lot of his ponts in the old ABA playing against inferior talent. Baylor was a better shooter, scorer and rebounder than the Doctor. The Dr. could dunk and make fantastic layups but Baylor could walk on water with the basketball with his thousands of acrobatic moves . It's great that you gave condieration to winning titles. Ball players such as Ernie Banks,Charlles Barkeley,Karl Malone never won titles but they are considered by many to be the best at their respective positions, etc. Great comments RayP
