        May I extend a warm invitation for you to join me on Thursday, April 2, 1987, to witness the swearing-in ceremony of Barton A. Fields, Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
      A brief ceremony will take place in the Governor's Reception Room, Main Capitol Building at noon. A buffet luncheon will be served at the Governor's Residence immediately following the swearing-in.
