When will the NBA get another quality American White player like Larry Bird, Jerry West, or Bill Walton? Don't you think its about time ?

We should give serious consideration to banning the playing of basketball in all the Ghettos in the USA. Then perhaps we should put all the basketballs in the Library books, and that would guarantee an abundant supply of American White players into the ranks of the National Basketball Association.
